truly appreciate your business and are here to help in any way we can.

funky colored stools. (NOTE: We can't offer medical advice, but we love
listening).

First and foremost, Cubbiekit.com is awake 24/7, just like your
newborn! Feel free to shop around at all hours of the day and night if
you want to pass some time between midnight feedings and 2AM diaper
changes. That being said...


1. SHIPPING

When am I going to get my clothes?

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding
weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If you place an order on a holiday or a weekend, your order will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been processed, we'll send you another email when your order has shipped with a tracking number.

Note that during high-volume periods and peak holiday times, there might be delays.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What are your shipping rates?

We love our planet and everyone on it, but right now, we currently
only ship to the continental United States. Note that orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico might experience additional lead times. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Friendly reminder: We offer free shipping on all orders $30+, usually delivered in 5 to 7 business days.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your
shipping confirmation email, send us a note at hello@cubbiekit.com with your name and order number, and we will look into this ASAP for you.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship to any P.O. boxes and do not offer international shipping at this time.

What about Returns and Exchanges?

Shucks, we're sorry your Cubbiekit product didn't work out. Reach out to hello@cubbiekit.com with your order number and products you would like to exchange or return, and we'll get that squared away for you.

We will accept returns on items that are unworn and unwashed 30 days after the item was purchased. Once we receive the items, we will issue a refund for the returned items minus the shipping costs for the return.
Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@cubbiekit.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to work towards a happy solution.
